La culture et les affaires
	Beaucoup de gents on dit ici "l’acheteur est le roi, les choses vont se faire selon mes règles"...et ils ont perdu beaucoup d'argent. L’Asiatique, surtout le Thaï est très poli, ou timide, ou un peu des deux. Il cherche a tout prix a être poli, a froisser son interlocuteur, a éviter la confrontation directe, et surtout a éviter de faire “perdre la face” a son interlocuteur, ce qui peut avoir des conséquences graves dans le commerce.. Il évitera les mots et les problèmes qui fâchent en votre présence, ou les abordera avec réticence (il faut savoir écouter les subtilités du langage). Il aura tendance a promettre et accepter tout ce que vous lui demandez, (comme un délai court ou ajouter un centimètre au produit) sachant très bien qu’il ne peut pas s’y tenir, pour éviter une discussion tendue. Ensuite, une fois que vous aurez quitte son bureau, il fera comme il peut, et tant pis pour votre délai. En tant que son ami, il s’attendra a ce que vous “compreniez” qu’il a fait tout son possible, et ca sera certainement le cas, mais pour vous le résultat sera le même : le délai ou la différence de 1 centimètre dans le produit ou le petit changement de couleur. Pour lui, sera votre faute si vous n'êtes pas la pour faire votre partie du bulot, contrôler, soit personnellement ou a travers de votre agent. Le “patron” a qui vous avez affaire peut être très compétent, sérieux, travailleur, peut bien parler anglais, avoir été éduque a l’étranger, avoir une notion de qualité et de service proche de la votre, mais ce n’et pas le cas de ses employés ! Ce n’est pas lui qui fait le travail. Il faut en tenir compte, et ne jamais s’attendre a un service proportionnel aux qualités du dirigeant.   Pour faire des affaires en Asie, il faut connaître et tenir compte des différences culturelles.
